Cancellation Fee: A 10% cancellation fee is charged for all canceled orders, computed based on the actual amount paid for the order.
Coupon Code Purchases: Orders using coupon codes are final and non-returnable or exchangeable. Discounts or promotions made using coupon codes cannot be reapplied after purchase.
Changes Once an order is in transit, it cannot be canceled or changed. Please carefully review your order before completing the purchase.
Sale Item Returns: Items purchased on sale are not returnable or exchangeable.
Custom Order Policy: Custom-sized or specially altered items are not returnable.
No Refund for Change of Mind: Refunds are not issued for change of mind or personal preference.
Accurate Sizing: We do not accept returns for the wrong size chosen by the customer. We take measurements from the buyer after an order is placed to ensure that they are accurate.
Return Eligibility: Items can be returned within 30 days of reception, provided they are in an original, unused condition with tags attached. US Leather Pants have to be in 100% original condition to be eligible for the return or exchange.
Return Process: All returns and exchanges have to be arranged through US Leather Paints and Pants customer service. Returns should be addressed to the return address provided.
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are not refundable. The return postage is the responsibility of the buyer, and this ranges between $25 and $50 depending on location, even though the original shipping was free.
